TERMS AND CONDITIONS
| 1. Scope of Work: | The Tailor (Al Reem Bespoke Tailoring House) shall perform all custom tailoring, garment fabrication, alteration, and repair services as itemized above. All work shall be executed in accordance with the highest standards of tailoring craftsmanship recognized in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. |
| 2. Quality Standards: | All garments produced by the Tailor must meet the quality specifications agreed upon during the initial consultation. The Tailor shall use only premium-grade fabrics and materials as specified. Any garment found to be defective or not conforming to the agreed measurements and design shall be re-tailored at no additional cost to the Purchaser. |
| 3. Fittings and Measurements: | The Tailor shall conduct all body measurements and fitting sessions at the Tailor's workshop located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, or at the Purchaser's premises in Al Markaziyah District, Abu Dhabi, as mutually agreed. A minimum of two fitting sessions shall be provided for bespoke items (Items 02 and 07). |
| 4. Delivery and Handover: | All completed garments shall be delivered to the Purchaser's address in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, no later than 15 July 2025. The Tailor shall ensure all garments are properly pressed, packaged in branded garment bags, and accompanied by a detailed packing list. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay. |
| 5. Payment Schedule: | A 50% advance payment (AED 50,499.75) shall be made within 5 business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% balance (AED 50,499.75) shall be paid within 10 business days of successful delivery and inspection of all items. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Tailor's designated account in the United Arab Emirates. |
| 6. Cancellation and Amendments: | Either party may cancel or amend this Purchase Order by providing 7 days' written notice. In the event of cancellation by the Purchaser after the Tailor has commenced cutting fabric, the Purchaser shall be liable for 30% of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee. |
| 7. Governing Law: | This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the federal commercial laws applicable in Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts or, at the Purchaser's discretion, through arbitration in Abu Dhabi. |
| 8. Confidentiality: | The Tailor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Purchaser's staff measurements, design specifications, and any proprietary garment designs shared during the tailoring process. This obligation shall survive the completion of this Purchase Order for a period of two (2) years. |
| 9. Compliance: | The Tailor warrants that all work performed under this Purchase Order complies with the regulations of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and the Abu Dhabi Municipality, including all applicable labor, safety, and commercial licensing requirements in the United Arab Emirates. |
1. All garments must be completed and delivered within the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi jurisdiction. No items shall be sent for processing outside the country.
2. The Tailor shall provide a written quality assurance certificate with each delivery, confirming that all garments meet the agreed specifications.
3. Any fabric samples or design mock-ups must be approved in writing by the Purchaser's Procurement Manager before the Tailor proceeds with cutting.
4. The Tailor shall maintain a minimum of 12 months' warranty on all stitching and structural work performed under this Purchase Order.
5. All invoices issued by the Tailor must include the Tailor's VAT registration number, trade license number, and the Purchase Order reference number (PO-AD-2025-04871).
