Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Thames & Crown Corporate Attire Ltd. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and Hartwell & Sons Bespoke Tailor (hereinafter "the Tailor" or "the Supplier") for the provision of bespoke tailoring services, garment manufacturing, and related alterations as specified herein. All work shall be executed in accordance with the highest standards of British craftsmanship expected of a Master Tailor operating in United Kingdom London.
  2. The Tailor shall commence all pattern drafting, fabric cutting, and hand-stitching work no later than twenty (20) business days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. All bespoke garments must be delivered to the Buyer's premises at 42 Savile Row, London, United Kingdom, no later than 08 August 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
  3. Each bespoke garment shall undergo a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions conducted by the Tailor or a senior member of the Tailor's workshop team. The Buyer reserves the right to request additional fittings at no extra charge if the initial fit does not meet the specifications outlined in the measurement sheets attached as Schedule A to this Purchase Order.
  4. All fabrics, linings, buttons, and trims shall be sourced from approved suppliers within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. The Tailor shall provide material certificates and origin documentation upon request. No synthetic substitutes shall be used without prior written consent from the Buyer's Procurement Director.
  5. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid VAT invoice from the Tailor, by bank transfer to the account details specified on the invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in United Kingdom London.
  6. The Tailor warrants that all garments and services provided under this Purchase Order shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any defects identified within this warranty period shall be repaired or replaced by the Tailor at no additional cost to the Buyer.
  7. Confidentiality: The Tailor acknowledges that all client measurements, design specifications, and corporate branding details shared under this Purchase Order are strictly confidential. The Tailor shall not disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than the fulfilment of this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
  8. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
  9. The Tailor shall maintain adequate public liability insurance (minimum £5,000,000) and professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and shall provide certificates of insurance upon request.
  10. Any amendments, variations, or additions to this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing by both parties and signed by an authorised representative. Verbal instructions shall not constitute a valid amendment to this Purchase Order.
Delivery and Acceptance

All completed garments and services shall be delivered to the Buyer's address in United Kingdom London as stated above. The Tailor shall provide a delivery manifest listing each item, its reference number, and the fabric composition. The Buyer shall have five (5) business days from the date of delivery to inspect all items and notify the Tailor of any discrepancies, defects, or non-conformities. Failure to notify within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods and services as conforming to this Purchase Order.
