This Purchase Order is issued by South Florida Corporate Attire Group, LLC, a registered entity operating in United States Miami, Florida, and constitutes a binding request for Tailor services and custom garment fabrication from Miami Bespoke Tailor & Couture House. By accepting this Purchase Order, the Tailor agrees to perform all listed services in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and quality standards outlined herein.
1. Quality Standards: All garments produced under this Purchase Order must meet the highest standards of Tailor craftsmanship. The Master Tailor shall personally inspect each finished piece before delivery. Any garment that does not conform to the agreed-upon measurements, fabric specifications, or construction quality shall be reworked at no additional cost to the Purchasing Party.
2. Delivery Schedule: The Tailor shall deliver all completed garments to the designated United States Miami address no later than July 18, 2025. Partial deliveries are permitted provided that at least 50% of the total order is delivered by July 10, 2025. All shipments must be properly packaged in garment bags with individual measurement labels.
3. Fittings and Adjustments: The Tailor shall schedule a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions per client during the production period. All fitting appointments shall be conducted at the Tailor's workshop located in United States Miami or at the Purchasing Party's Brickell Avenue office, at the Purchasing Party's discretion.
4. Payment: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Tailor. Payment shall be processed via ACH transfer to the account designated by Miami Bespoke Tailor & Couture House. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under Florida state law.
5. Cancellation and Modification: The Purchasing Party reserves the right to modify or cancel individual line items up to fourteen (14) days prior to the required delivery date. Cancellations within fourteen days of delivery shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee on materials already procured by the Tailor.
6. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to Tailor services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States Miami, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
7. Confidentiality: The Tailor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client measurements, personal information, and corporate branding details obtained during the execution of this Purchase Order. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of five (5) years.
Note 1: All fabric selections for this Purchase Order have been pre-approved by the Purchasing Party. The Tailor shall not substitute materials without prior written consent. Any substitution requests must be submitted to the Procurement Director at least ten (10) business days before the scheduled production date.
Note 2: The Tailor is required to provide a detailed progress report every Friday during the production period. Reports shall include photographs of in-progress garments, a list of completed items, and any anticipated delays. These reports shall be sent to the designated email address in United States Miami.
Note 3: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. If the Tailor does not confirm acceptance in writing within ten (10) business days, this Purchase Order shall be considered void and the Purchasing Party may seek alternative Tailor services in the United States Miami area.
