This Purchase Order is issued by the Académie de Paris for the procurement of qualified Teacher Primary (Enseignant du 1er degré) services for the 2025–2026 academic year. The services shall be delivered within the public primary school network of the 75th arrondissement (Paris, France) under the supervision of the Direction des Services Départementaux de l'Éducation Nationale. All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Capacité d'Enseignement dans le 1er degré (CAPES or CAFEP) and be registered with the French Ministry of National Education.

The Teacher Primary professionals contracted under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for delivering the national French curriculum (programmes officiels) in the following disciplines: French language (langue française), mathematics, sciences, history-geography, arts, and physical education, across all levels of primary education (CP, CE1, CE2, CM1, CM2) in the designated schools of France Paris.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic, specifically the Code de l'Éducation, the Code des Marchés Publics, and applicable regulations of the Académie de Paris in France Paris.
2. All Teacher Primary personnel engaged under this Purchase Order must comply with the statutory working hours of 18 hours per week of direct classroom instruction, in accordance with French national education regulations.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of validated invoice. Invoices shall be submitted to the Direction des Services Départementaux de l'Éducation Nationale, 10 rue de la Convention, 75015 Paris, France.
4. The Supplier (ÉducaParis Services) guarantees that all Teacher Primary candidates possess valid teaching qualifications, a clean criminal record (extrait de casier judiciaire), and a valid medical fitness certificate as required by French public education standards.
5. Any modification to the scope, quantity, or duration of Teacher Primary services under this Purchase Order must be authorized in writing by the Buyer's authorized representative in France Paris.
6. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent administrative courts of Paris, France, in accordance with French administrative law.
7. The Supplier shall maintain full professional liability insurance and comply with all data protection obligations under the French GDPR (RGPD) and the CNIL regulations regarding the personal data of minor students in France Paris.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for a single academic year (2025–2026) and does not constitute an automatic renewal. Any extension requires a new Purchase Order issued by the Académie de Paris.
