- This Purchase Order is issued by the Kyoto Municipal Board of Education, Teacher Primary Division, for the procurement of educational equipment, software, and training materials exclusively for the Teacher Primary professional development and classroom enhancement program operating within Japan Kyoto municipal primary schools.
- All goods and services listed herein shall be delivered to the designated Teacher Primary Training Centre located in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto, Japan, no later than 10 August 2025. The supplier, EdTech Solutions K.K., shall bear full responsibility for packaging, transportation, and on-site installation within the Japan Kyoto delivery zone.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials, including printed workbooks, digital curriculum guides, and software licenses, shall be fully localized in Japanese and aligned with the current academic standards set by the Japan Kyoto Board of Education for primary-level instruction.
- Payment of the total amount of 54,084,100 JPY (fifty-four million eighty-four thousand one hundred Japanese Yen) shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days of the date of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all Teacher Primary items by the Japan Kyoto procurement officer.
- Any defects, non-conformities, or shortages in the delivered Teacher Primary goods shall be reported in writing within ten (10) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace or repair defective items at no additional cost to the Japan Kyoto purchasing authority within fifteen (15) business days of notification.
- All software licenses purchased under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Primary program in Japan Kyoto are non-transferable and restricted to use by authorized Teacher Primary staff members employed by Kyoto municipal primary schools. Unauthorized redistribution or use outside the Japan Kyoto educational jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
- The supplier shall provide a comprehensive one-year warranty on all hardware items (interactive whiteboards, workstations, audio-visual systems, and tablets) procured for the Teacher Primary program. Warranty service shall be available at the supplier's Japan Kyoto service center or on-site at the requesting school.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the Teacher Primary procurement in Japan Kyoto shall be resolved through the Kyoto District Court or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
- The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order supports the broader Teacher Primary initiative in Japan Kyoto, which aims to elevate the quality of primary education, enhance teacher competency, and modernize classroom environments across all municipal primary schools in the Kyoto metropolitan area.
- Any amendments, modifications, or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Japan Kyoto purchasing authority and the supplier. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal standing with respect to the Teacher Primary procurement described herein.
