This Purchase Order is issued by the Nairobi County Primary Education Board to procure essential teaching materials, classroom resources, and professional development services specifically designated for Teacher Primary personnel operating across all public and private primary schools within Nairobi County, Kenya. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the supply of pedagogical tools, curriculum-aligned instructional materials, and structured training programmes designed to enhance the capacity of Teacher Primary staff in delivering quality foundational education in line with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) framework adopted by the Ministry of Education, Republic of Kenya. All goods and services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to designated primary school sites within Nairobi, Kenya, and shall conform to the standards set by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) and the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) of Kenya.

All physical goods listed under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the respective primary school sites within Nairobi, Kenya, no later than 31st July 2025. The professional development programmes (Items 03 and 07) shall be conducted at the Nairobi County Education Training Centre, located along Ngong Road, Nairobi, Kenya, during the weeks of 18–22 August 2025 and 8–9 September 2025, respectively. The supplier shall coordinate with the Teacher Primary Affairs Division of the Nairobi County Primary Education Board to confirm specific delivery addresses for each of the 120 primary schools across Nairobi County, including sites in Eastleigh, Kibera, Mathare, Westlands, and Karen. All deliveries within Nairobi shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 hours on weekdays to accommodate the operational schedules of Teacher Primary staff.
6. Terms and Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, including the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and the applicable regulations of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) of Kenya.
- The supplier warrants that all Teacher Primary materials supplied shall be new, of the highest quality, and fully compliant with the Kenya National Curriculum and the CBC guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Kenya.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier’s designated account in Nairobi, Kenya, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and a Certificate of Acceptance signed by the Nairobi County Primary Education Board’s Quality Assurance Officer.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) months’ warranty on all interactive whiteboards and science practical equipment. Any defects discovered within the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the Nairobi County Primary Education Board.
- All professional development services for Teacher Primary personnel shall be delivered by certified facilitators holding valid TSC registration and relevant postgraduate qualifications in Education, as recognized by the Commission for University Education (CUE) of Kenya.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable Kenyan labour laws, environmental regulations, and data protection requirements (Data Protection Act, 2019) in the execution of this Purchase Order within Nairobi, Kenya.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution provisions of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015. Failing mediation, disputes shall be referred to the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi.
- The supplier shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all goods in transit within Nairobi and the broader Nairobi Metropolitan Area, and shall indemnify the Nairobi County Primary Education Board against any claims arising from the supply or installation of goods under this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement between the authorized representatives of both parties, and any such amendment shall be executed as a formal addendum to this document.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, scope, and financial obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Teacher Primary education resources and services in Nairobi, Kenya.
