Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Department of Primary Education, Pakistan Islamabad, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier. All terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, specifically the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines applicable to the Islamabad Capital Territory.
- The supplier shall deliver all Teacher Primary items to the designated government primary schools across Pakistan Islamabad within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery addresses will be communicated via a separate annexure listing all 120 primary schools in the Islamabad district.
- All Teacher Primary equipment must be new, unused, and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. Software licenses must be valid for the full duration specified in the line items. Any item found defective upon delivery shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within seven (7) working days.
- Payment shall be processed in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery and inspection of all Teacher Primary items at the Pakistan Islamabad warehouses, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon final acceptance after a thirty-day operational trial period in the respective schools.
- The supplier is required to provide comprehensive installation, configuration, and on-site training for all Teacher Primary staff at each school location within Pakistan Islamabad. Training sessions shall be conducted in both Urdu and English to ensure full comprehension by all primary school educators.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the stipulated period shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%. Delays exceeding thirty (30) days beyond the original deadline shall entitle the Department of Primary Education to cancel this Purchase Order without further liability.
- All goods must comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations. The supplier must submit certificates of conformity and origin for all imported Teacher Primary equipment prior to customs clearance at the Islamabad port of entry.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a guarantee of future orders. The Department of Primary Education, Pakistan Islamabad, reserves the right to modify quantities by up to ten percent (10%) without issuing a revised Purchase Order, provided the unit prices remain unchanged.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the internal operations, student data, and institutional information of the Department of Primary Education, Pakistan Islamabad, and shall not disclose any details of this Purchase Order to third parties without written consent.
Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Teacher Primary educational resources for use in Pakistan Islamabad. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the definitive contractual agreement between the buyer and the supplier.
