Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Directorate of General Education for Algiers and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier. All goods and services listed herein are exclusively for the Teacher Secondary program and shall not be redirected to any other department or wilaya without written authorization from the Ministry of National Education, Algiers.
2. The supplier shall deliver all items to the designated receiving location in Algeria Algiers within the delivery window specified above. Late delivery beyond 30 July 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
3. All Teacher Secondary materials, including curriculum guides, training kits, and digital content, must be produced in both Arabic and French, in compliance with the bilingual education policy of the Algerian secondary school system. English-language supplementary materials are permitted as secondary content.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 30 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and a signed delivery confirmation form. The Purchase Order number (PO-DGE-ALG-2025-00487) must be referenced on all invoices and correspondence.
5. The supplier warrants that all digital devices (tablets, whiteboards, network equipment) carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty valid in Algeria Algiers, with on-site repair service available within 72 hours of a service request.
6. Intellectual property rights for all Teacher Secondary curriculum content, software, and training materials remain the property of the Algerian Ministry of National Education. The supplier grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license for use within all secondary schools in Algiers and, upon request, in other wilayas of Algeria.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
8. The supplier shall provide a detailed installation and training plan for all Teacher Secondary equipment prior to delivery. A minimum of two (2) on-site training sessions for Teacher Secondary coordinators in Algiers shall be conducted by the supplier at no additional cost.
9. Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not valid under this Purchase Order.
10. The supplier is required to comply with all environmental and safety regulations applicable in Algeria. All packaging materials must be recyclable, and electronic waste from installation must be collected and disposed of by the supplier in accordance with Algerian environmental law.
