All physical goods listed under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated secondary education institutions across Colombia Bogotá within a maximum period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of Purchase Order acceptance by the supplier. The professional development programs and workshops for Teacher Secondary personnel shall be scheduled in coordination with the academic calendar of the Distrito Capital, with the first cohort commencing no later than 1 August 2025. The supplier, EduTech Colombia S.A.S., is responsible for all logistics, transportation, and installation within the administrative boundaries of Colombia Bogotá. Delivery addresses for each secondary institution will be provided via a supplementary annex to this Purchase Order.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via electronic bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The payment structure is as follows: thirty percent (30%) upon formal acceptance and signing of this Purchase Order by both parties; forty percent (40%) upon verified delivery and installation of all physical goods at the respective Teacher Secondary institutions in Colombia Bogotá; and the remaining thirty percent (30%) upon successful completion and certification of all Teacher Secondary professional development activities. Invoices must reference Purchase Order number CO-BOG-2025-04871 and comply with the electronic invoicing standards (Facturación Electrónica) mandated by the DIAN for Colombia Bogotá operations. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice receipt and validation by the Secretaría de Educación.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Secretaría de Educación del Distrito Capital and EduTech Colombia S.A.S. for the procurement of Teacher Secondary resources in Colombia Bogotá. Neither party may unilaterally modify the terms herein without written mutual consent.
- All Teacher Secondary training materials and software licenses delivered under this Purchase Order must align with the current secondary education curriculum standards (Estándares Básicos de Competencias) established by the Ministerio de Educación Nacional of Colombia.
- The supplier guarantees that all physical goods are new, free from defects, and accompanied by a minimum two-year warranty valid throughout Colombia Bogotá. Any defective items must be replaced within fifteen (15) business days at no additional cost.
- Teacher Secondary participants in professional development programs shall receive a certified completion document recognized by the Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones Profesionales (SNCP) of Colombia.
- The supplier shall comply with all labor, environmental, and data protection regulations applicable in Colombia Bogotá, including Ley 1581 de 2012 (Data Protection) for any personal data of Teacher Secondary personnel processed during this engagement.
- In the event of non-compliance, the buyer reserves the right to withhold payment, impose contractual penalties of up to ten percent (10%) of the affected line item value, or terminate this Purchase Order with immediate effect, in accordance with Colombian public contract law.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent administrative courts of Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with Ley 1437 de 2011 (Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo).
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, after which any undelivered items or uncompleted Teacher Secondary activities must be renegotiated under a new Purchase Order instrument.
