1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued specifically to procure educational materials, technology, and equipment required to support the Teacher Secondary program at Al-Nile Secondary School, located in Egypt Cairo. All items listed herein are intended for the direct use of certified Teacher Secondary staff and their students during the 2025/2026 academic year.
2. Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all goods to the designated Teacher Secondary facility at Al-Nile Secondary School, Dokki District, Egypt Cairo, no later than 30 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 Egypt Standard Time. All shipping, handling, and installation costs are included in the unit prices stated in this Purchase Order.
3. Quality Standards: All Teacher Secondary materials and equipment must comply with the quality specifications set forth by the Egypt Cairo Ministry of Education and Technical Education. Textbooks and curriculum resources must bear the official approval stamp of the Egypt Cairo National Curriculum Authority. Technology items must carry a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty valid within Egypt Cairo.
4. Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of EGP 1,372,275.00 shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all Teacher Secondary items. The buyer reserves the right to withhold payment for any defective or non-conforming goods.
5. Inspection and Acceptance: Upon delivery in Egypt Cairo, a joint inspection team comprising the school's Teacher Secondary coordinator and a representative from the Cairo Governorate Education Directorate shall verify the quantity, condition, and conformity of all items against this Purchase Order. A written acceptance certificate must be signed before the payment clock begins.
6. Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled only by mutual written agreement between both parties. Any modification affecting the Teacher Secondary scope of work must be approved by the Egypt Cairo Education Procurement Committee prior to execution.
7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the Teacher Secondary procurement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
8. Compliance: The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order for the Teacher Secondary program are free from liens, encumbrances, and intellectual property claims, and that their manufacture and sale comply with all applicable Egypt Cairo trade and educational regulations.
