1. SCOPE OF PURCHASE ORDERThis Purchase Order is issued by Harbourline Communications Group Pty Ltd for the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to provide specialised design, implementation, and commissioning services for a next-generation fibre-optic and 5G small-cell network infrastructure project located in Australia Sydney. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of the project, ensuring full compliance with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) regulations, Telstra network standards, and all applicable New South Wales state building and telecommunications codes. The scope of work under this Purchase Order encompasses site surveys, network architecture design, equipment procurement coordination, on-site installation supervision, signal testing, and final acceptance documentation for the Telecommunication Engineer's deliverables.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Australia Sydney.
- The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Australian Engineering Council (Engineers Australia) accreditation at the level of Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with specialisation in telecommunications and radio frequency engineering.
- All work performed by the Telecommunication Engineer in Australia Sydney must comply with the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), the Telecommunications (Low Impact Devices) Standard, and all ACMA licensing requirements applicable to the Australia Sydney metropolitan area.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of on-site installation in Australia Sydney, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the Telecommunication Engineer's commissioning report. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' written notice before commencing any on-site work in Australia Sydney and must coordinate with local council authorities and building owners as required by New South Wales regulations.
- Any variation to the scope of work described in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both parties. No additional charges for the Telecommunication Engineer's services shall be incurred without a formal variation order referencing this Purchase Order number.
- The supplier warrants that the Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD 10,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than AUD 20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Australia Sydney.
- Confidentiality: All network topology data, customer information, and proprietary engineering documents generated by the Telecommunication Engineer in the course of this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of Harbourline Communications Group Pty Ltd and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Telecommunication Engineer shall be compensated for all work completed and documented up to the termination date in Australia Sydney.
- All prices stated in this Purchase Order are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%.
The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence site surveys in Australia Sydney no later than 1 July 2025. Full network installation and commissioning shall be completed by 30 September 2025. The 12-month maintenance retainer period shall commence upon final acceptance. All deliverables, including the Telecommunication Engineer's final acceptance report, must be submitted to the Purchasing Entity's office at 200 George Street, Australia Sydney, NSW 2000, no later than 5 business days following project completion.
5. AUTHORITY AND ACCEPTANCEThis Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Procurement Director of Harbourline Communications Group Pty Ltd. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the supplier constitutes full agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein regarding the Telecommunication Engineer's engagement in Australia Sydney.
