1. Scope of Work: This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of qualified Telecommunication Engineer professionals to execute telecommunications infrastructure projects located in Brazil Brasília, Federal District. All Telecommunication Engineer personnel shall operate in strict compliance with Brazilian telecommunications regulations, ANATEL directives, and the specific urban planning codes of Brasília – DF.

2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer (TED/DOC) within 30 days of invoice submission. The total Purchase Order value of R$ 2,137,000.00 shall be disbursed over the 12-month contract period. A 5% retention shall be held until final project acceptance in Brazil Brasília.

3. Contract Duration: The engagement of each Telecommunication Engineer shall commence on March 1, 2025 and conclude on February 28, 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement. Early termination requires 60 days' written notice.

4. 5. 6. 7.
