This Purchase Order is issued by MediCom Telecom Solutions S.r.l. to formally procure the professional services of a certified Telecommunication Engineer for the design, implementation, and commissioning of a next-generation fiber-optic and 5G hybrid telecommunications network infrastructure. The entire scope of work shall be executed within the metropolitan area of Italy Naples, encompassing the central districts of Napoli including the historic center, the port area of Molo Beverello, and the industrial zone of Bagnoli. The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for all technical planning, regulatory compliance with AGCOM (Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni) standards, site surveys, equipment specification, network architecture design, and on-site supervision of installation crews throughout the Italy Naples operational zone.

- Scope and Location: All services procured under this Purchase Order shall be performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of the city of Naples (Napoli), Campania, Italy. The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain a primary operational base in Italy Naples and shall be available on-site at the designated project locations during standard Italian working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET), with additional availability as required for emergency network interventions.
- Qualifications: The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional registration with the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Napoli (OPI Napoli) and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in fiber-optic and wireless telecommunications network design. The engineer must demonstrate familiarity with Italian telecommunications infrastructure regulations, EU Directive 2018/1972 (European Electronic Communications Code), and AGCOM technical specifications.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 30% upon execution of this Purchase Order and commencement of the site survey; 40% upon completion of the network design and regulatory approval phase; and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the commissioning report. All invoices shall reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-IT-NA-00487) and shall be submitted to the procurement department of MediCom Telecom Solutions S.r.l. in Naples.
- Intellectual Property: All network designs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of MediCom Telecom Solutions S.r.l. upon full payment. The Telecommunication Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios subject to a 90-day confidentiality period.
- Compliance and Safety: The Telecommunication Engineer shall ensure full compliance with Italian occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and all applicable telecommunications safety standards. All work performed in the Italy Naples urban environment shall adhere to municipal permits and heritage preservation requirements applicable to the historic center of Naples.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Telecommunication Engineer shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, and all completed deliverables shall be transferred to the Buyer.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Naples (Napoli), Italy, in accordance with Italian civil and commercial law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Telecommunication Engineer services in Italy Naples. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
