This Purchase Order is issued by the National Telecommunications Infrastructure Authority for the engagement of a qualified Telecommunication Engineer to provide specialized technical services for the design, deployment, testing, and maintenance of fiber-optic and wireless telecommunications infrastructure across the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan region. The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in telecommunications network design, RF engineering, fiber-optic splicing, and 5G/LTE base station installation. The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a valid professional license issued by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and demonstrate proven expertise in the specific telecommunications technologies deployed in the Pakistan Islamabad urban and suburban zones.

- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, specifically the Pakistan Telecommunication (Reorganization) Act, 1996, and all applicable regulations of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) as they pertain to telecommunications engineering services delivered in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence all services no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. All work shall be performed at designated sites within the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area unless otherwise specified in writing by the Buyer.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall provide a detailed project timeline, resource allocation plan, and risk assessment report within seven (7) days of receiving this Purchase Order. Failure to submit these documents shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- All telecommunications equipment, tools, and instrumentation required for the execution of this Purchase Order shall be procured, maintained, and operated at the sole cost of the Supplier, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the scope of work.
- The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain comprehensive documentation of all engineering activities, test results, and compliance certifications. All records shall be submitted to the Buyer in both digital and hard-copy formats within five (5) business days of each milestone completion.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 30% upon commencement of work, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final PTA compliance certification and handover. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Supplier warrants that the Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall not be simultaneously contracted to any competing telecommunications entity operating within the Pakistan Islamabad region for the duration of this engagement.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan, with the seat of arbitration located in Pakistan Islamabad.
- This Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect until the completion of all deliverables and the expiration of the twelve-month maintenance retainer period, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination clauses herein.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Telecommunication Engineer for telecommunications infrastructure services in Pakistan Islamabad.
