The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end management of fibre-optic backbone installations, 5G small-cell deployment, microwave link configuration, and legacy copper network migration across our three primary data centres located in the City of London, Canary Wharf, and the West End district.

The Telecommunication Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in telecommunications infrastructure, possess a BEng or MEng degree in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications, and maintain current professional registration with the Engineering Council (EngC) or Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in the United Kingdom. The Telecommunication Engineer shall also demonstrate proven expertise in ITU-T standards, ETSI regulations, and Ofcom compliance requirements applicable to all telecommunications operations within United Kingdom London.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the parties upon signature. All services described herein shall be performed by the designated Telecommunication Engineer or a suitably qualified substitute approved in writing by the Purchasing Entity.
2. All work related to this Purchase Order shall be carried out at the designated sites within United Kingdom London, including but not limited to the addresses specified in Section 2. The Telecommunication Engineer shall comply with all local authority permits, planning permissions, and public right-of-way regulations applicable to telecommunications works in United Kingdom London.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-UKL-2025-04782) and include a detailed timesheet signed by the Telecommunication Engineer and the site supervisor.
4. The Telecommunication Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. Certificates of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of works.
5. Confidentiality: The Telecommunication Engineer shall treat all network schematics, customer data, and proprietary information encountered during the execution of this Purchase Order as strictly confidential in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
6. Health and Safety: The Telecommunication Engineer shall adhere to all HSE regulations, the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, and the Telecommunications (Safety) Regulations. All works in United Kingdom London shall comply with the relevant Local Authority's construction and noise control bylaws.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Purchasing Entity shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.

The Telecommunication Engineer shall commence works no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables specified in this Purchase Order by 31 December 2025, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All site access arrangements within United Kingdom London shall be coordinated through the Purchasing Entity's facilities management team. The Telecommunication Engineer is required to submit a detailed project schedule within five (5) working days of this Purchase Order being accepted.
