All Telecommunication Engineer services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's primary facility located at 233 South Wacker Drive, United States Chicago, Illinois 60606, and at two satellite offices in the River North and West Loop neighborhoods of United States Chicago. The Telecommunication Engineer team shall commence work on July 1, 2025, with a projected completion date of September 30, 2025. The ongoing maintenance phase shall extend through June 30, 2026.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All Telecommunication Engineer services shall be rendered in accordance with the specifications outlined herein and applicable United States Chicago municipal building and telecommunications codes.
- The Supplier shall ensure that all Telecommunication Engineer personnel assigned to this project hold valid certifications including but not limited to BICSI, CompTIA Network+, and relevant Illinois state electrical and telecommunications licenses required for work in United States Chicago.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices shall reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-TC-04872) and shall be submitted to the buyer's accounts payable department in United States Chicago.
- The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation insurance as required by the State of Illinois for all Telecommunication Engineer staff operating in United States Chicago.
- Any changes to the scope of Telecommunication Engineer services, project timeline, or total Purchase Order value must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties prior to execution of additional work.
- The Supplier shall comply with all applicable federal, state (Illinois), and local (City of Chicago) regulations governing telecommunications infrastructure installation, including FCC regulations and United States Chicago Department of Buildings permits.
- Confidentiality: All Telecommunication Engineer personnel shall sign non-disclosure agreements prior to accessing the buyer's network infrastructure. Sensitive network topology and security information pertaining to the United States Chicago facilities shall not be disclosed to any third party.
- Warranty: The Supplier warrants all Telecommunication Engineer workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Defective work shall be corrected at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the buyer shall pay for all Telecommunication Engineer services rendered up to the termination date.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States Chicago. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, United States Chicago.
