The Telecommunication Engineer shall be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of fiber-optic network infrastructure, 5G cellular base station deployments, and broadband connectivity systems across multiple commercial and residential districts within United States New York City.

The scope of work for the Telecommunication Engineer includes, but is not limited to: conducting site surveys and feasibility assessments for new network installations in the boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx; developing detailed engineering schematics and technical specifications compliant with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations and the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) codes; overseeing the physical installation of telecommunications hardware including routers, switches, optical transceivers, and antenna arrays; performing signal propagation analysis and interference mitigation studies specific to the dense urban environment of United States New York City; and providing quarterly performance reports to the Buyer's project management team.

The Telecommunication Engineer must hold a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the New York State Education Department, possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in telecommunications infrastructure, and demonstrate prior project completion within United States New York City or comparable metropolitan areas. All work shall be performed in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and local municipal ordinances governing telecommunications construction in United States New York City.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller upon execution by both authorized representatives. All terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal regulations.
2. The Telecommunication Engineer shall report to the Buyer's designated project manager no fewer than five (5) business days per week, with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the Buyer's primary office located in United States New York City or at active field sites as directed.
3. Payment shall be rendered within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under New York State commercial law.
4. The Seller warrants that the Telecommunication Engineer assigned to this Purchase Order shall maintain all necessary professional licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage (including general liability of no less than $2,000,000 and professional indemnity of $1,000,000) for the entire duration of the contract.
5. All intellectual property, engineering drawings, network topology maps, and technical documentation produced by the Telecommunication Engineer in the course of fulfilling this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the Buyer shall compensate the Seller for all services rendered and non-cancellable commitments incurred up to the effective date of termination.
7. The Seller shall comply with all anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, and labor laws applicable in United States New York City, including but not limited to the New York City Human Rights Law and the Fair Chance Act.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States New York City in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. The Telecommunication Engineer shall not subcontract any portion of the professional services described herein without prior written consent from the Buyer's procurement department.
10. This Purchase Order may be amended only by a written addendum signed by both parties. No oral modifications shall be valid or enforceable.
