The Translator Interpreter shall be responsible for facilitating all verbal and written communication between the Buyer's international stakeholders and local Argentine counterparts during a series of business negotiations, legal consultations, and technical presentations scheduled to take place over a period of fourteen (14) consecutive business days in Argentina Buenos Aires.
The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, as well as certified translation credentials recognized by the Argentine Chamber of Translators and Interpreters (Cámara Argentina de Traductores e Intérpretes). The primary language pair required is English-Spanish (Rioplatense dialect), with secondary proficiency in Portuguese for supplementary sessions. The Translator Interpreter must be physically present in Argentina Buenos Aires for the entire duration of the engagement and must be available for on-site services at the Buyer's offices located in the Microcentro district of Argentina Buenos Aires, as well as at the designated conference venue in the Puerto Madero area.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding request for the Translator Interpreter services described herein. The Supplier must confirm acceptance of this Purchase Order in writing within five (5) business days of the date of issue. Failure to confirm within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Service Delivery: All Translator Interpreter services shall be rendered exclusively in Argentina Buenos Aires, at the locations specified in this document. The Translator Interpreter must arrive at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each session to prepare materials and conduct equipment checks.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Supplier. The Buyer shall remit payment via bank transfer to the account designated by LinguaBridge Professional Services Ltd. All payments are subject to the applicable tax regulations of Argentina Buenos Aires and the Republic of Argentina.
- Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications encountered during the engagement in Argentina Buenos Aires are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party.
- Quality Assurance: The Buyer reserves the right to request a replacement Translator Interpreter at no additional cost if the assigned professional fails to meet the competency standards outlined in this Purchase Order. The Supplier guarantees that the Translator Interpreter will maintain professional certification throughout the engagement period.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of this Purchase Order by the Buyer must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations within seventy-two hours will incur a fee of 50% of the daily rate for the Translator Interpreter. The Supplier may cancel with a minimum of five (5) business days' notice, in which case no charges will apply.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the City of Argentina Buenos Aires and the national legislation of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Argentina Buenos Aires.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates affecting operations in Argentina Buenos Aires, or public health emergencies.
- Intellectual Property: All translated documents produced by the Translator Interpreter under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of the Buyer upon full payment. The Translator Interpreter retains no rights to reproduce, distribute, or publish such materials.
- Compliance: The Supplier warrants that the Translator Interpreter is legally authorized to perform professional interpretation and translation services in Argentina Buenos Aires and holds all necessary permits, registrations, and professional licenses required by Argentine regulatory authorities.
