1. Description of Services — Translator Interpreter Engagement in Belgium BrusselsThis Purchase Order is issued by EuroBridge International Consulting S.A. to formally request and authorize the provision of professional Translator Interpreter services to be delivered on-site and remotely within the metropolitan area of Belgium Brussels. The services are required to support a series of multilateral diplomatic negotiations, corporate board meetings, and regulatory compliance hearings scheduled between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025. The Translator Interpreter shall be fluent in at minimum the following language pairs: English, French, Dutch, and German, with a demonstrated working proficiency in Arabic and Mandarin Chinese for specific sessions. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in conference and simultaneous interpretation, and must be registered with the official list of accredited interpreters maintained by the European Commission in Belgium Brussels.

All on-site Translator Interpreter sessions under this Purchase Order shall take place at the following venues in Belgium Brussels: the European Parliament building (Place du Trône, 1000 Belgium Brussels), the EuroBridge International Consulting S.A. headquarters (Avenue Louise 425, 1050 Belgium Brussels), and the Belgian Federal Court of Justice (Rue de la Loi 16, 1000 Belgium Brussels). The Translator Interpreter is expected to arrive a minimum of forty-five (45) minutes prior to each scheduled session to conduct technical checks, review briefing materials, and calibrate interpretation equipment. Remote interpretation sessions will be conducted via the secure video-conferencing platform specified in Annex A of this Purchase Order, with the Translator Interpreter operating from a certified quiet workspace within the Belgium Brussels metropolitan area.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Purchase Order; 60% balance payment within thirty (30) calendar days of the final invoice, issued no later than 15 October 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to the supplier's designated account (IBAN: BE68 5390 0754 7034, BIC: GEBABEBB) in the name of LinguaBridge Professional Translation & Interpretation Ltd., Belgium Brussels.
- Currency: All amounts are denominated in Euro (EUR). No foreign exchange adjustments shall apply as both parties are domiciled in Belgium Brussels.
- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Belgian commercial law applicable in Belgium Brussels.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Belgium Brussels, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels Judicial District.
The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall adhere to the confidentiality standards set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Federal Act on Data Protection. All briefing documents, meeting transcripts, and recorded interpretation sessions related to engagements in Belgium Brussels shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from EuroBridge International Consulting S.A. The supplier warrants that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this Purchase Order shall not have any conflict of interest with any party involved in the negotiations or proceedings for which interpretation services are requested in Belgium Brussels.
6. Cancellation and AmendmentEither party may cancel or amend this Purchase Order by providing a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days' written notice. Cancellations of individual Translator Interpreter sessions with less than seventy-two (72) hours' notice shall incur a 50% fee of the scheduled session price. Amendments to the scope, language pairs, or delivery locations within Belgium Brussels must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and attached to this Purchase Order as a binding supplement.
7. Acceptance and AuthorizationThis Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives. By signing below, the supplier acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms its ability to provide the specified Translator Interpreter services in Belgium Brussels within the stated timeframe and at the agreed-upon rates.
