This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Global Communications Pvt. Ltd. to formally engage LinguaBridge Professional Services LLP for the provision of certified Translator Interpreter services to be rendered in India New Delhi. The Translator Interpreter engagement is required to support a series of bilateral trade negotiations, regulatory compliance meetings, and multilingual corporate presentations scheduled between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025. All Translator Interpreter duties shall be performed on-site at the client’s headquarters located in Connaught Place, New Delhi, and at the India New Delhi International Trade Centre, unless otherwise directed in writing by the purchasing entity.

The Translator Interpreter shall be fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one additional South Asian language (preferably Bengali or Tamil) to accommodate the diverse delegations expected during the India New Delhi trade summit. The Translator Interpreter must hold a minimum of five years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, along with a recognized certification from the Indian Institute of Translators and Interpreters (IITI) or an equivalent internationally accredited body.

The Translator Interpreter services shall commence on 1 July 2025 and conclude no later than 30 September 2025. The supplier shall ensure that the designated Translator Interpreter is available at the India New Delhi venue no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each engagement. A minimum of seventy-two (72) hours’ written notice shall be provided by the purchasing entity for any rescheduling of Translator Interpreter assignments within the India New Delhi operational area.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the supplier. Invoices shall be submitted to the accounts payable department of Meridian Global Communications Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and must reference this Purchase Order number (IND-ND-2025-04782). Payment shall be processed via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account designated by LinguaBridge Professional Services LLP. No advance payment is authorized under this Purchase Order unless mutually agreed in a written amendment.

7.1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising from the Translator Interpreter services rendered in India New Delhi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

7.2. The Translator Interpreter shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, commercial, and regulatory information encountered during the course of engagement in India New Delhi. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services is a prerequisite for this Purchase Order.

7.3. The supplier warrants that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this Purchase Order shall not have any conflict of interest with the purchasing entity or any of its business partners operating in India New Delhi.

7.4. In the event of the assigned Translator Interpreter’s unavailability due to illness or force majeure, the supplier shall provide a qualified substitute Translator Interpreter of equivalent or superior credentials within twenty-four (24) hours, at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.

7.5. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties. No verbal modifications to the scope, pricing, or schedule of the Translator Interpreter services in India New Delhi shall be binding.

7.6. The supplier shall indemnify the purchasing entity against any third-party claims arising from the Translator Interpreter’s negligence, misinterpretation, or breach of confidentiality during the performance of services under this Purchase Order.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, scope of work, and pricing outlined in this Purchase Order for the Translator Interpreter services to be delivered in India New Delhi. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized signatories.
