This Purchase Order is issued by Global Communications & Trade Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Persian Bridge Language Services Co. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the provision of professional Translator Interpreter services to be performed exclusively in Iran Tehran. The Buyer requires a certified Translator Interpreter with demonstrated fluency in both English and Farsi (Persian), possessing a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, as well as document translation, to support the Buyer's ongoing commercial negotiations, legal consultations, and technical project reviews scheduled to take place in Iran Tehran during the period of 01 July 2025 through 30 September 2025.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for facilitating all verbal and written communication between the Buyer's international delegation and local Iranian counterparts in Iran Tehran. This includes, but is not limited to, real-time interpretation during board meetings, contract negotiations, site inspections of industrial facilities in the Tehran industrial zone, and formal diplomatic briefings. The Translator Interpreter must also provide certified written translations of all legal documents, technical specifications, and commercial agreements exchanged during the engagement period in Iran Tehran.

3.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and, where applicable, the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran as they pertain to service engagements in Iran Tehran.

3.2 The Translator Interpreter assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a recognized certification from a accredited language services body and must present valid professional credentials prior to the commencement of services in Iran Tehran.

3.3 All services rendered by the Translator Interpreter in Iran Tehran are subject to strict confidentiality. The Translator Interpreter shall execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the first day of engagement, and all materials handled in Iran Tehran shall be treated as proprietary to the Buyer.

3.4 The Supplier shall ensure that the Translator Interpreter is available for a minimum of five (5) working days per week in Iran Tehran, with the flexibility to extend hours as required by the Buyer's schedule. Any substitution of the Translator Interpreter must be approved in writing by the Buyer at least 48 hours in advance.

3.5 Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the Supplier's designated bank account in Iran Tehran, in accordance with applicable sanctions compliance regulations and export control laws. The Buyer reserves the right to withhold payment if the Translator Interpreter fails to meet the quality standards outlined in this Purchase Order.

3.6 The Supplier is responsible for all local taxes, permits, and regulatory compliance required for the Translator Interpreter to operate legally in Iran Tehran during the engagement period.

3.7 In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Iran Tehran. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.
