This Purchase Order is issued by MedTech International S.r.l. to formally request and authorize the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services to be rendered on-site in Italy Rome. The engagement covers the provision of certified Translator Interpreter personnel for a series of multilingual medical device regulatory meetings, investor presentations, and bilateral trade negotiations scheduled to take place at the buyer's headquarters and at the Palazzo dei Congressi, EUR district, Rome, Italy, between 01 September 2025 and 30 November 2025.
The Translator Interpreter services requested under this Purchase Order shall include, but are not limited to: consecutive and simultaneous interpretation in Italian, English, French, and Mandarin Chinese; real-time document translation for regulatory filings; on-site linguistic support for the European Medical Devices Forum; and post-event written summaries in both Italian and English. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this contract must hold recognized certifications from the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Camera di Commercio di Roma) and possess a minimum of five years of documented experience in the medical-technology sector.

All Translator Interpreter services procured under this Purchase Order shall be physically performed within the metropolitan area of Italy Rome, specifically at the buyer's registered office at Via del Corso 142, the Palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district, and any additional venues in central Rome that the buyer may designate in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled event. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that all Translator Interpreter personnel are present at the agreed-upon location in Rome, Italy, no later than thirty (30) minutes before the commencement of each session. The supplier shall coordinate all local logistics, including transportation within Rome, venue access permits, and any necessary municipal authorizations required for the operation of simultaneous interpretation equipment in public buildings in Italy Rome.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between MedTech International S.r.l. (Buyer) and LinguaBridge Professional Translation & Interpretation Agency S.r.l. (Supplier) upon written acceptance by both parties.
- All Translator Interpreter services shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian labor law, the Italian Data Protection Regulation (GDPR as implemented by the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), and the professional codes of ethics established by the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters (AITI).
- The Supplier guarantees that every Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement in Italy Rome shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Confidentiality: All documents, recordings, and verbal communications encountered by the Translator Interpreter team during the performance of services in Rome, Italy, shall be treated as strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-ITR-04872).
- Any modification to the scope, schedule, or location of the Translator Interpreter services in Italy Rome must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and documented as a formal amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue, after which it shall lapse unless renewed in writing.
