This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Corporate Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Party") to LinguaBridge Professional Translation & Interpretation Services WLL (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") for the provision of a certified Translator Interpreter to support the Purchasing Party's ongoing multilingual business operations in Qatar Doha. The Translator Interpreter shall be engaged to facilitate real-time oral interpretation and written translation services across all major business meetings, client negotiations, regulatory filings, and internal corporate communications conducted within the Qatar Doha metropolitan area and its surrounding industrial zones.

The Translator Interpreter assigned under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, with demonstrated fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard and Gulf dialect), English, and at least one additional language selected from Mandarin Chinese, French, or Hindi. The Translator Interpreter must possess a valid Qatar work permit, a professional certification from a recognized body such as the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC) or the Qatar Translation and Interpretation Council, and must be physically present in Qatar Doha for the entire duration of the engagement.

The Translator Interpreter shall report to the Purchasing Party's primary office located in the Doha Financial Centre, Qatar Doha, no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of each engagement. All interpretation and translation services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered in person within the Qatar Doha jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Translator Interpreter is expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business information, client identities, and sensitive regulatory matters encountered during the course of service delivery in Qatar Doha.

The Service Provider shall ensure that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this Purchase Order is available on a minimum of five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 Qatar Standard Time. Additional after-hours or weekend availability in Qatar Doha shall be arranged on a case-by-case basis and billed at the rates specified in Line Item 05 above.

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Qatar Civil Code and applicable commercial regulations in force in Qatar Doha.

5.2 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-QD-2025-04872).

5.3 The Service Provider warrants that the Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall be fully insured, including professional liability and personal accident coverage valid throughout the State of Qatar.

5.4 Any substitution of the assigned Translator Interpreter requires prior written approval from the Purchasing Party. The replacement must meet or exceed the qualifications and experience level specified in Section 2 of this document.

5.5 The Purchasing Party reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice if the Translator Interpreter fails to meet the performance standards outlined herein or if the Service Provider is unable to maintain a qualified interpreter in Qatar Doha.

5.6 All deliverables, including translated documents and interpretation session logs, shall be stored in accordance with Qatar's data protection and privacy regulations applicable to Qatar Doha.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Translator Interpreter in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorized representatives.

This Purchase Order (PO-QD-2025-04872) is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue, covering the engagement of a Translator Interpreter for all multilingual business and regulatory support needs in Qatar Doha. Any amendments to scope, rates, or delivery terms must be documented in a formal Purchase Order amendment signed by both parties.
