This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the engagement of a certified Translator Interpreter professional to provide comprehensive language services in the city of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The Translator Interpreter shall be responsible for facilitating all verbal and written communication between the Purchasing Party's executive team and international stakeholders, government officials, and foreign business partners during the period specified herein. The Translator Interpreter must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, with demonstrated fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard and Saudi dialect) and English. The Translator Interpreter shall also be proficient in at least one additional language (French or Mandarin) to accommodate the multilingual nature of the events scheduled in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.

5.1 Scope of Work: The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all interpretation and translation duties exclusively within the boundaries of Saudi Arabia Riyadh unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Purchasing Party. The Translator Interpreter must adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professional conduct at all times.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. The Supplier shall issue a tax-compliant invoice in accordance with the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) regulations of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier.
5.3 Delivery and Scheduling: The Translator Interpreter must confirm availability at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to each scheduled engagement in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Any rescheduling must be communicated no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the event. Failure to appear without valid justification shall result in a penalty of 10% of the daily rate for each missed session.
5.4 Confidentiality: The Translator Interpreter shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing any work. All documents, recordings, and verbal communications encountered during the assignment in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the Purchasing Party.
5.5 Quality Assurance: The Supplier guarantees that the Translator Interpreter assigned to this Purchase Order holds valid certification from a recognized linguistic body and maintains professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 500,000. The Purchasing Party reserves the right to request a replacement Translator Interpreter if performance does not meet the agreed-upon standards.
5.6 Cancellation Policy: The Purchasing Party may cancel any individual session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall incur a 50% charge of the session fee. Full cancellation of this Purchase Order prior to commencement shall be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
5.7 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding the Translator Interpreter services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
5.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
