The Translator Interpreter services procured under this Purchase Order must cover simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in both Korean (Hangul) and English, as well as written translation of all supporting documentation, contracts, and technical manuals. The Translator Interpreter assigned to this engagement must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business and technical interpretation, possess a valid Korean National Interpreter Certification (KNI), and demonstrate fluency in legal, financial, and engineering terminology relevant to the client's industry.

• Payment Schedule: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Purchase Order value shall be due upon execution of this document. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within thirty (30) calendar days following the completion of all Translator Interpreter services in South Korea Seoul.
• Payment Method: Wire transfer to the seller's designated bank account: Hanguk Language Solutions Co., Ltd., KEB Hana Bank, Seoul Branch, Account No. 352-91-04872-1, SWIFT: HNBK KR SE.
• Currency: All amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Any applicable foreign exchange fluctuations shall be borne by the Purchasing Entity.
• Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance exceeding the agreed payment terms.
• Taxes: All applicable Korean Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 10% shall be included in the quoted amounts. A valid tax invoice must accompany each payment request.

The Translator Interpreter engaged under this Purchase Order must adhere to the following quality standards: a minimum accuracy rate of 98% in both verbal interpretation and written translation; strict adherence to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements covering all proprietary information discussed during sessions in South Korea Seoul; and the provision of a written summary of interpreted proceedings within 48 hours of each session's conclusion.

In the event that the assigned Translator Interpreter is unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Hanguk Language Solutions Co., Ltd. shall provide a qualified replacement of equivalent or superior credentials within four (4) hours' notice, at no additional cost to the Purchasing Entity.

Either party may request modification of this Purchase Order in writing. Any changes to the scope, duration, or location of Translator Interpreter services in South Korea Seoul must be approved in writing by both parties prior to implementation. Cancellation of services scheduled more than fourteen (14) days in advance shall incur no penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date shall result in a 50% charge of the affected line items. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours shall result in a 100% charge.

This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of this Purchase Order related to Translator Interpreter services delivered in South Korea Seoul shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul. The language of arbitration shall be English.
