This Purchase Order is issued to formally authorize the procurement of professional Translator Interpreter services to be rendered on-site in Turkey Istanbul. All on-site services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Turkey Istanbul, specifically at the following venues: (a) Global Trade Solutions regional office, Levent Business District, Beşiktaş; (b) Istanbul Free Trade Zone, Tuzla; and (c) Turkish Ministry of Trade headquarters, Çankaya, Ankara (for the single regulatory meeting on 18 July 2025). The Translator Interpreter assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in legal, commercial, and technical interpretation, and must be fluent in both British English and standard Turkish. All interpretation services in Turkey Istanbul shall comply with the standards set forth by the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC).

5.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) where applicable.

5.2 The Translator Interpreter shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all commercial, technical, and legal information encountered during the engagement in Turkey Istanbul. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order and must be executed prior to the commencement of services.

5.3 Payment shall be made via wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

5.4 The supplier warrants that the Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this Purchase Order are fully qualified, insured, and available for the entire duration of the engagement in Turkey Istanbul. Any substitution of personnel requires prior written approval from the purchasing entity.

5.5 Cancellation: The purchasing entity may cancel this Purchase Order with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of cancellation, the supplier shall be compensated for all non-recoverable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

5.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order if such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Istanbul.

5.7 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre (ISTAC).

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon written acceptance by the supplier. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this document regarding the procurement of Translator Interpreter services in Turkey Istanbul.

This Purchase Order (GTS-2025-00487) constitutes a binding commercial agreement for the provision of Translator Interpreter services in Turkey Istanbul. All communications regarding this Purchase Order should reference the PO number. This document is valid for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue.
