This Purchase Order is issued by Digital Solutions Afghanistan (DSA) to Creative Pixel Studio (CPS), both operating within the city of Kabul, Afghanistan, for the professional engagement of a qualified UX UI Designer. The UX UI Designer shall be responsible for the complete design lifecycle of DSA's new digital platform, encompassing user research, information architecture, wireframing, visual interface design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. All deliverables must adhere to international UX UI design standards while being culturally appropriate and accessible for the diverse user base in Afghanistan Kabul and surrounding provinces.
The UX UI Designer shall work on-site at the DSA headquarters in Wazir Akbar Khan District, Kabul, Afghanistan, for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with the option of remote collaboration during approved leave periods. The designer must demonstrate proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and relevant prototyping tools, and must possess a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in UX UI design for web and mobile applications.

Payment for the UX UI Designer services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments, transferred via bank wire to the supplier's designated account in Kabul, Afghanistan:

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of Afghanistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the UX UI Designer engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with the Afghan Arbitration Law.
- Intellectual Property: All UX UI design deliverables, including but not limited to wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, design systems, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer under this Purchase Order, shall become the exclusive property of Digital Solutions Afghanistan upon full payment. The supplier retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio with prior written consent from DSA.
- Confidentiality: The UX UI Designer and all personnel of Creative Pixel Studio engaged in this project shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, user data, and business strategies of DSA. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
- Working Location: The primary working location for the UX UI Designer shall be the DSA office in Wazir Akbar Khan District, Kabul, Afghanistan. The supplier is responsible for ensuring the designer's safe and secure commute to the Kabul office premises.
- Performance Standards: The UX UI Designer shall adhere to the project timeline outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Delays exceeding five (5) business days without prior written approval from DSA's Project Manager shall result in a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, capped at 10%.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, DSA shall pay for all UX UI design services completed and accepted up to the date of termination.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Kabul, Afghanistan.
- Compliance: The supplier and the UX UI Designer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Afghanistan, including labor laws, data protection regulations, and business licensing requirements in Kabul.
This Purchase Order for UX UI Designer services in Afghanistan Kabul is hereby issued and authorized by the undersigned. By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document.
