This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of specialized UX UI Designer professional services to be rendered in Mexico Mexico City. The selected UX UI Designer, Arq. Daniel Vega Morales, will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle of the TechNova Mobile Banking Application, Version 4.0. The scope of work encompasses user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity interface design, interactive prototyping, usability testing, and the delivery of a comprehensive design system. All deliverables must adhere to the accessibility standards established by the Mexican Federal Institute for Telecommunications (IFT) and comply with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.

The UX UI Designer will operate primarily from the PixelCraft Design Studio office located in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico Mexico City, with mandatory on-site collaboration sessions at the TechNova headquarters on Paseo de la Reforma, also situated in Mexico Mexico City, no fewer than three (3) days per week. All design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user testing sessions will be conducted in person within the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area to ensure direct engagement with local end-users and to capture culturally relevant design insights specific to the Mexican market.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Mexico Mexico City. The first installment of 40% (MXN 468,640.00) is due upon execution of this Purchase Order. The second installment of 35% (MXN 410,060.00) is due upon approval of the high-fidelity UI design deliverables. The final installment of 25% (MXN 292,900.00) is due upon final acceptance of all UX UI Designer deliverables and completion of the developer handoff. All payments are subject to the presentation of a valid CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) invoice issued in accordance with Mexican tax regulations. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de México (Banxico) for the applicable period.

All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Mexico Mexico City, and the UX UI Designer shall comply with all applicable federal and local labor, tax, and data protection laws of the United Mexican States, including the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. The UX UI Designer warrants that all design assets, icons, illustrations, and typographic elements delivered shall be original works free of third-party intellectual property claims. Any breach of this warranty shall render the supplier liable for all damages and legal costs incurred by the buyer. This Purchase Order is governed by the Commercial Code of Mexico and the Civil Code applicable in the State of Mexico Mexico City. Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación (CEAC) in Mexico Mexico City.

The buyer reserves the right to request up to three (3) rounds of revisions per phase at no additional cost. Revisions beyond the agreed number shall be billed at the UX UI Designer's standard hourly rate of MXN 2,800.00 per hour. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations for the duration of the event plus a reasonable recovery period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, pricing, and deliverable specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the UX UI Designer in Mexico Mexico City. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement effective as of the date of the last signature.
