This Purchase Order is issued to formally request and authorize the procurement of specialized UX UI Designer services to be performed and delivered within the metropolitan area of South Korea Seoul. The engagement is intended to support the end-to-end design of a next-generation mobile and web application platform that will serve over two million users across the South Korea Seoul region and beyond.
The contracted UX UI Designer shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive user research, developing information architecture, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, establishing a scalable design system, and delivering final production-ready interface assets. All design work must adhere to the latest accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and align with the visual identity guidelines of the Purchasing Party.
The UX UI Designer is expected to work primarily on-site at the Purchasing Party's headquarters located in Gangnam-gu, South Korea Seoul, with a minimum of four (4) days per week of in-person collaboration. Remote work may be permitted for up to one (1) day per week at the sole discretion of the project manager.

Payment shall be made in three (3) equal monthly installments of ₩ 19,200,000 via bank transfer to the account designated by the Service Provider. Invoices are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Korean Commercial Act.
5.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Service Provider upon signature by both authorized representatives. All terms herein shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
5.2 The UX UI Designer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary information, user data, and trade secrets encountered during the engagement in South Korea Seoul. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Appendix A and is incorporated by reference into this Purchase Order.
5.3 All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall vest exclusively in the Purchasing Party upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio only with prior written consent.
5.4 The Service Provider warrants that the UX UI Designer assigned to this project possesses a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in user experience and user interface design, with demonstrated expertise in mobile-first and responsive design methodologies.
5.5 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in South Korea Seoul before proceeding to arbitration under the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
5.6 The Purchasing Party reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach by the Service Provider, including but not limited to failure to meet agreed-upon deliverable deadlines or failure to maintain the required quality standard for the UX UI Designer's output.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a UX UI Designer in South Korea Seoul. This document, together with all attached appendices, forms the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein.
