Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by Clinique Vétérinaire d'Alger, a licensed veterinary practice operating in the city of Algiers, Algeria, and is governed by the commercial laws of the Algerian Republic.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and biological products listed in this Purchase Order must carry valid Algerian Ministry of Agriculture import permits and must be within their stated expiration dates at the time of delivery.
- The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Amina Cherif, reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival at the clinic premises in Bab El Oued, Algiers. Any items found damaged, expired, or non-compliant with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order shall be rejected at the supplier's expense.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified above within the city of Algiers, Algeria. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable for imported veterinary products) until the goods are received and signed for by the purchasing Veterinarian.
- Payment of 100% of the Grand Total shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all items listed in this Purchase Order.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of issue. If the supplier fails to deliver within the required delivery date, the purchasing Veterinarian may cancel this Purchase Order without penalty and seek alternative suppliers within the Algiers region.
- All veterinary equipment included in this Purchase Order must be accompanied by manufacturer warranties of no less than two (2) years, with service and repair support available within the Algiers metropolitan area.
- This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties upon signature. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and countersigned by both the purchasing Veterinarian and the authorized representative of the supplier.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian law.
