Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order BVC-2025-04872
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Brisbane Veterinary & Animal Health Centre, a registered veterinary practice operating in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Australian Veterinary Medicines Regulations (Schedule 5, Poisons Standard) and must be approved for use by a licensed Veterinarian in Australia.
- The supplier, Aussie Vet Supply Co. Pty Ltd, warrants that all veterinary equipment and pharmaceutical products supplied under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) standards.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the Brisbane Veterinary & Animal Health Centre premises at 42 Creek Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, QLD 4006, Australia, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Veterinarian buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment of $57,160.50 AUD (inclusive of 10% GST) shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's nominated Australian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all delivered goods by the Lead Veterinarian, Dr. Sarah Mitchell.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and controlled substances included in this Purchase Order must be accompanied by appropriate Australian import documentation, batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage instructions as required by the Queensland Health Department.
- The supplier shall provide a full warranty of no less than twelve (12) months on all capital equipment (Items 004, 006, 008, and 010) as per Australian Consumer Law (ACL) provisions applicable in Brisbane, Queensland.
- This Purchase Order does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by an authorised representative of the supplier. Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Lead Veterinarian and the supplier's authorised agent.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Queensland commercial legislation.
- The supplier acknowledges that all veterinary supplies delivered under this Purchase Order are intended for use by a registered Veterinarian in the state of Queensland, Australia, and the supplier shall not be liable for any misuse of the products by unlicensed individuals.
