Terms and Conditions
- All veterinary pharmaceutical products listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the French Veterinary Medicinal Products regulations as governed by the ANSES (Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation, de l'environnement et du travail) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA).
- The supplier, EuroVet Supplies SARL, warrants that all items are of current manufacture, within their full shelf life (minimum 18 months remaining at delivery), and stored under appropriate temperature and humidity conditions in accordance with French pharmaceutical storage standards.
- Delivery shall be made to the Clinique Vétérinaire du Quartier Latin at 12 Rue de l'Arbalète, 75005 Paris, France, between 08:00 and 17:00 CET on or before 28 June 2025. The delivery vehicle must be equipped with a temperature-controlled compartment for pharmaceutical items.
- Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
- The veterinarian in charge, Dr. Sophie Marchand, reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any items found to be damaged, expired, or non-conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order shall be rejected and replaced at the supplier's sole expense within five (5) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
- The supplier acknowledges that all controlled veterinary substances (including but not limited to Propofol and Enrofloxacin) must be accompanied by appropriate transport documentation and chain-of-custody records as required by French and EU regulations.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized veterinarian representative and the supplier's procurement manager.
