- This Purchase Order is issued by Mumbai Animal Care & Veterinary Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Deccan Veterinary Supplies & Equipment Co. (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the procurement of veterinary equipment, pharmaceuticals, and related services as detailed in the line items above.
- All items procured under this Purchase Order shall comply with the standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), and the regulations of the Veterinary Council of India. The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Ananya Deshmukh, shall verify the compliance of all pharmaceutical and diagnostic items upon delivery.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the Buyer's premises at Plot 42, Andheri East Industrial Area, India Mumbai, 400069, within 21 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Supplier shall bear all transportation and insurance costs within the India Mumbai metropolitan area.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and acceptance of goods by the designated Veterinarian, and the remaining 20% within 15 days of the final invoice. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the Supplier's designated bank account in Mumbai, India.
- The Supplier warrants that all veterinary equipment and pharmaceuticals supplied shall be new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty of 24 months shall apply to all capital equipment. The annual maintenance contract (Item No. 10) shall commence upon successful installation and commissioning.
- Cold-chain pharmaceuticals (vaccines, Item No. 04) must be transported in temperature-controlled containers maintained between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit within India Mumbai. A temperature log shall accompany each shipment for verification by the receiving Veterinarian.
- Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra, and shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the GST Act, 2017.
- The Supplier shall provide a detailed packing list, commercial invoice with GST breakdown, and all relevant certificates of analysis and registration for pharmaceutical items. The Veterinarian signatory reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specified quality parameters.
- This Purchase Order shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The Supplier must confirm acceptance in writing within 7 business days. Failure to confirm shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- All personal data and operational information exchanged under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable in India Mumbai.

Acceptance Authority
All goods shall be inspected and accepted by the designated Veterinarian, Dr. Ananya Deshmukh, or her authorized deputy. Acceptance shall be documented on the delivery challan. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in India Mumbai.
