1. Scope of Purchase Order: This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain Veterinary Medical Center, a licensed Veterinarian practice operating in Iraq Baghdad, for the procurement of veterinary medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumable supplies. All items listed herein are intended for use by qualified Veterinarian professionals and support staff at the Baghdad facility.
2. Delivery: The Vendor shall deliver all goods to the specified Veterinarian facility address in Iraq Baghdad no later than 30 June 2025. Delivery shall be made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the Baghdad warehouse. The Vendor is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, and transportation within Iraq Baghdad municipal boundaries.
3. Quality Assurance: All veterinary equipment and pharmaceuticals must comply with the standards set by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the Iraqi Veterinary Medical Association. The Veterinarian in charge at the Iraq Baghdad facility reserves the right to inspect and reject any items that do not meet the specified quality, calibration, or expiration-date requirements.
4. Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of successful delivery and acceptance at the Iraq Baghdad facility. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account. The currency of this Purchase Order is the Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
5. Warranty: All capital equipment (X-Ray machines, anesthesia machines, autoclaves) shall carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. The Vendor shall provide on-site technical support in Iraq Baghdad for any warranty claims within the first twelve months.
6. Cold-Chain Requirements: Veterinary vaccines and temperature-sensitive medications must be transported under unbroken cold-chain conditions (2°C to 8°C) from the point of origin to the Iraq Baghdad delivery address. Temperature loggers must accompany each shipment for verification by the receiving Veterinarian.
7. Cancellation and Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled in writing by either party with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice. Any cancellation after the Vendor has commenced manufacturing or procurement of specific items may incur a 10% penalty fee.
8. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the Veterinarian services and supplies in Iraq Baghdad shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Baghdad.
9. Compliance: The Vendor warrants that all goods comply with Iraqi import regulations, veterinary pharmaceutical licensing requirements, and the standards of the Iraqi Veterinary Medical Board. The Veterinarian facility in Iraq Baghdad shall not be held liable for any regulatory non-compliance on the part of the Vendor.
