Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Veterinary Care Center, a registered veterinary practice operating in Almaty, Kazakhstan, for the procurement of veterinary supplies, pharmaceuticals, and clinical equipment from MedVet Supplies Kazakhstan LLP.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Committee of Veterinary Oversight under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Veterinarian (Dr. A. Nurlanova) reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival at the clinic premises in Almaty.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the Almaty Veterinary Care Center at 45 Abay Avenue, Almaty, 050040, Kazakhstan, no later than 30 June 2025. Late delivery beyond this date shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within Kazakhstan within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the commercial invoice, provided all goods have been received and accepted by the Veterinarian in good condition.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines included in this Purchase Order must be shipped and stored in compliance with cold-chain requirements (2°C to 8°C) as mandated by Kazakhstan's veterinary pharmaceutical regulations. The supplier shall provide temperature log documentation upon delivery.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment and supplies listed herein are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty applies to all capital equipment (Items 005 and 006). The Veterinarian shall notify the supplier in writing within fourteen (14) days of discovering any non-conformity.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable veterinary trade regulations. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for use by a licensed Veterinarian in the practice of animal medicine within Almaty, Kazakhstan, and shall not be resold or redistributed without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Almaty region, shall excuse timely performance. The affected party must notify the other within five (5) business days.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations, including warranty periods, are fully discharged.
