Terms, Conditions & Compliance Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Riyadh Veterinary Care Center for the procurement of veterinary supplies, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostic equipment to support the daily operations of our Veterinarian team serving the Saudi Arabia Riyadh metropolitan area.
- All veterinary pharmaceuticals and vaccines listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) of Saudi Arabia.
- The supplier shall ensure that all items are delivered to the designated facility at King Fahd Road, Al Olaya District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery penalties of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay shall apply.
- All veterinary equipment must be accompanied by valid certificates of conformity, calibration reports, and manufacturer warranties. The Veterinarian in charge at our facility will inspect all items upon receipt and sign the delivery acknowledgment form.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods listed in this Purchase Order.
- The supplier warrants that all veterinary products are new, unused, and within their respective shelf-life dates. Any expired or substandard veterinary medication will be rejected at no additional cost to the purchasing entity.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The supplier acknowledges that the veterinary supplies procured under this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for use by licensed Veterinarian professionals at our clinic in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and shall not be resold or redistributed without written consent.
- Any modifications or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not be binding.
- The supplier shall maintain full insurance coverage for all veterinary equipment in transit to the Saudi Arabia Riyadh delivery location, and shall bear all risk of loss until formal acceptance is recorded.
