This Purchase Order is issued by Table Bay Veterinary & Animal Health Centre, a registered veterinary practice operating in the greater Cape Town metropolitan area of South Africa, to procure essential veterinary supplies, diagnostic equipment, and pharmaceutical products required for the continued operation of our Veterinarian-led clinical services. Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Cape Town Division.
All veterinary pharmaceutical products and controlled substances listed herein must comply with the regulations of the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and the South African Veterinary Council (SAVC). The supplier warrants that all items are registered, approved, and fit for veterinary use in South Africa.
Delivery of all items shall be made to the Table Bay Veterinary & Animal Health Centre premises at 142 Sea Point Road, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8005, Western Cape, South Africa, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
Payment shall be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items. The supplier's bank details are: FNB, Account No: 62845123907, Branch: 250655, Cape Town.
The Veterinarian in charge, Dr. Naledi Mokoena (SAVC Registration No: VET/2018/04521), shall inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any damaged, expired, or non-conforming veterinary products shall be rejected and returned at the supplier's cost within five (5) business days.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current South African standard rate of 15%, as administered by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier's acceptance shall be confirmed in writing via email to [email protected].
The supplier shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all capital equipment (Items 2, 3, and 9) with on-site service coverage within the Cape Town metropolitan area.
Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including pricing, quantities, and veterinary practice operational details, shall be treated as confidential by both parties in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the procurement of the veterinary supplies and equipment described herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.
