This Purchase Order is issued by Clínica Veterinaria Madrid Central for the procurement of veterinary equipment, pharmaceuticals, and consumables necessary for the continued operation of our veterinarian practice located in the city of Madrid, Spain. All items listed herein must comply with the European Union Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and Spanish veterinary pharmaceutical regulations governed by the Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (AEMPS).
The supplier, EuroVet Distribuciones S.L., acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all line items in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines stated above. All veterinary equipment must carry valid CE marking and be registered with the relevant Spanish authorities prior to delivery in Madrid.
Delivery shall be made to the veterinarian clinic premises at Calle de Serrano, 142, 28006 Madrid, Spain. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the Madrid metropolitan area. Refrigerated pharmaceutical items (Reference 03) must be transported in temperature-controlled vehicles maintaining between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit to ensure vaccine viability.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the commercial invoice. The invoice must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-0472) and include the supplier's CIF number for compliance with Spanish tax reporting requirements (modelo 340).
All veterinary medications and biological products included in this order must be accompanied by certificates of analysis, batch numbers, and expiration dates. The veterinarian clinic reserves the right to reject any shipment that does not meet the quality standards established by Spanish veterinary law (Ley 8/2003 de Sanidad Animal).
Warranty: All capital equipment (X-Ray system, anesthesia machines, dental unit, examination tables) carries a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labor. The supplier shall coordinate any warranty claims with the original manufacturer on behalf of the veterinarian clinic in Madrid.
Installation and commissioning of all major equipment shall be performed by certified technicians at the Madrid clinic location. The supplier shall provide a written installation report and operator training documentation in Spanish for the veterinarian staff.
In the event of non-delivery or defective goods, the supplier shall replace or repair the affected items within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the veterinarian clinic. Repeated failures (two or more occurrences within a twelve-month period) shall entitle the buyer to cancel the affected line items and receive a full refund.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Madrid Chamber of Commerce before initiating any legal proceedings.
The supplier confirms that all products comply with the General Food Law (Reglamento CE 178/2002) where applicable, and that no animal-derived products are sourced from regions under active veterinary quarantine restrictions within Spain or the EU.
