Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Istanbul Veterinary Hospital & Clinic (Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey) for the procurement of veterinary diagnostic, surgical, and laboratory equipment to support the daily operations of our Veterinarian team.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the regulations set forth by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı) and the relevant Veterinarian professional standards applicable in the Republic of Turkey.
- Delivery shall be made to the specified address in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, Turkey. The vendor is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs within the Istanbul Metropolitan Area. International shipping is not applicable as the vendor is locally based in Istanbul.
- Installation, calibration, and initial training for the veterinary X-ray system, ultrasound scanners, and anesthesia machines shall be performed by certified technicians from the vendor at the Veterinarian clinic premises in Istanbul. Training sessions shall be conducted in Turkish and/or English for the Veterinarian staff.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all items. The invoice must include the vendor's Tax Identification Number (VKN) and the applicable Turkish Value Added Tax (KDV) at the current rate of 20%.
- All veterinary equipment must carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years from the date of installation. The vendor shall provide a dedicated after-sales service contact in Istanbul for the duration of the warranty period.
- The Veterinarian clinic reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods upon arrival. Any damaged, defective, or non-conforming items must be reported within five (5) business days. The vendor shall replace or repair such items at no additional cost within ten (10) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
- The vendor acknowledges that all equipment procured under this Purchase Order will be used exclusively for the practice of veterinary medicine by licensed Veterinarian professionals at the Istanbul facility and shall not be resold or transferred without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Istanbul region, shall extend delivery timelines by a period equivalent to the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
