- This Purchase Order is issued by Manchester Veterinary Practice Ltd., a registered veterinary practice operating in Manchester, United Kingdom, and constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods and services described herein upon acceptance by the named supplier.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the practice premises at 42 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2LQ, United Kingdom, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) working days may result in cancellation of the affected line items at the sole discretion of the Veterinary practice.
- The supplier warrants that all veterinary equipment and consumables supplied under this Purchase Order shall be new, unused, and in full compliance with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) standards applicable in the United Kingdom, as well as all relevant European and UK veterinary regulatory requirements.
- Payment shall be made by BACS transfer to the supplier's nominated bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (MCV-PO-2025-0047). No payment shall be due prior to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all delivered goods by the Veterinary practice's procurement officer.
- All goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received and cleared. Risk of loss or damage transfers to Manchester Veterinary Practice Ltd. upon signed delivery at the Manchester, United Kingdom premises.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all capital equipment (items 02, 05, 06, 07, and 09) and a six (6) month warranty on all consumable and accessory items. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Veterinary practice's operations manager within the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods ordered under this Purchase Order are intended for use in the treatment, diagnosis, and surgical care of animals under the supervision of registered Veterinary surgeons in Manchester, United Kingdom, and the supplier accepts full liability for any defect or non-conformity that may compromise patient safety.
- Any amendments, variations, or additions to this Purchase Order must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal instructions or email communications shall not constitute a valid amendment to this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), in respect of any personal data processed in connection with the fulfilment of this Purchase Order.
