- Pre-production complete: June 27, 2025 — Finalized shot list, location permits secured in Canada Vancouver, and talent confirmed.
- Principal photography: July 7 – 9, 2025 — All shooting to take place at designated locations within Canada Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland region.
- First cut delivery: August 8, 2025 — The Videographer shall deliver a rough cut of the 3-minute brand film for initial client review.
- Final delivery: September 5, 2025 — All final deliverables (brand film, two 30-second cuts, and raw footage archive) to be delivered in ProRes 422 HQ and H.264 formats.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver.
- The Videographer (Coastal Lens Productions Ltd.) warrants that all footage, audio, and visual content produced under this Purchase Order shall be original work and free from any third-party intellectual property claims.
- Upon final acceptance of deliverables, full ownership and all rights to the produced video content shall transfer to Pacific Northwest Media Group Inc. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio, subject to a 30-day embargo period.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Videographer. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Late and Interest on Payments to Suppliers Act.
- The Videographer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the duration of the project in Canada Vancouver.
- All shooting in Canada Vancouver requiring municipal permits, park authority approvals, or Transport Canada drone operation permits shall be the responsibility of the Videographer to obtain prior to the scheduled shoot dates.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Videographer shall be compensated for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, scripts, and unreleased footage confidential in accordance with the mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA-2025-04870) executed on June 10, 2025.
The Videographer's deliverables shall be deemed acceptable upon written confirmation from the Buyer's Director of Production. The final brand film must meet the following minimum technical specifications: 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160), 24 fps, ProRes 422 HQ codec, 48 kHz stereo audio, and a minimum loudness of -24 LUFS. The two promotional cuts shall be delivered in 1080p H.264 at 30 fps suitable for digital and social media distribution. All deliverables must be free of visible artefacts, audio dropouts, or colour inconsistencies.
Note: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days of the issue date. The Videographer must confirm acceptance in writing by returning a signed copy of this document to the Buyer. Failure to confirm within the stated period shall render this Purchase Order null and void. All services must be performed within the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.Authorized Signatory — Buyer
