This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Media Productions LLP to formally request and authorize the engagement of a professional Videographer for the production of a comprehensive corporate video campaign. The Videographer will be responsible for all aspects of video capture, editing, color grading, and final delivery of high-resolution footage to be utilized in marketing, internal communications, and public relations activities. All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed within the city of Kazakhstan Almaty, specifically at the client's headquarters located at 128 Abai Avenue and at additional on-location sites throughout the Almaty metropolitan area as specified in the production schedule.

The Videographer engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide the following services in Kazakhstan Almaty:

• Pre-production planning, location scouting, and storyboard development for a 12-minute corporate brand film and three (3) promotional short-form videos (each 90 seconds in duration).
• On-site video capture using 4K UHD cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting rigs, and audio recording equipment at the client's Almaty office and at no fewer than four (4) external locations within Kazakhstan Almaty, including the Almaty Financial District, the Medeu Mountain Resort, the Central Market, and the client's manufacturing facility in the Almaty Industrial Zone.
• Post-production services including raw footage organization, editorial cutting, color correction and grading, sound design, music licensing, and final export in H.265/HEVC format at 4K resolution.
• Delivery of all project source files, project files (Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve), and a minimum of three (3) revision rounds on the final edit.
• Provision of a dedicated Videographer and a support crew of no fewer than three (3) additional technicians for all shooting days.

All Videographer services under this Purchase Order shall be executed in Kazakhstan Almaty according to the following timeline:

• Pre-production & Storyboard Approval: 16 June 2025 – 25 June 2025
• Principal Photography (5 shooting days): 26 June 2025 – 30 June 2025
• Post-production & First Cut Delivery: 1 July 2025 – 15 July 2025
• Revision Rounds (3 rounds): 16 July 2025 – 25 July 2025
• Final Delivery of All Assets: No later than 30 July 2025

Payment for the Videographer services outlined in this Purchase Order shall be made in the following installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Kazakhstan Almaty:

• 30% Advance Payment (2,049,600 KZT): Due within five (5) business days of mutual signature of this Purchase Order.
• 40% Progress Payment (2,732,800 KZT): Due upon completion of principal photography and delivery of raw footage, no later than 5 July 2025.
• 30% Final Payment (2,049,600 KZT): Due upon client's written acceptance of the final deliverables, no later than 30 July 2025.

All amounts are denominated in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as itemized above. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• The Videographer and all crew members shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to data protection statutes, intellectual property laws, and local filming permit requirements in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• All footage, raw and final, captured under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Almaty Media Productions LLP upon full payment. The Videographer retains no right of reproduction, distribution, or public display without prior written consent.
• The Videographer shall carry comprehensive professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 KZT for the duration of the engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or revised deliverables must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties before execution.
• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Court of Kazakhstan Almaty.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. By signing below, each party acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this document regarding the Videographer services to be rendered in Kazakhstan Almaty.
