This Purchase Order is issued by Atlas Media Productions SARL to formally authorize and request the engagement of a professional Videographer and associated production crew for a comprehensive corporate video production project to be executed in Morocco Casablanca. The Videographer shall be responsible for all aspects of pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, color grading, sound mixing, and final delivery of the completed video assets. The project location is confirmed as the Atlas Media Productions headquarters and the adjacent Casablanca Finance City (CFC) district in Morocco Casablanca, with additional filming locations to be coordinated between the parties no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled shoot date.

6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon signature by both parties. All services described herein shall be performed by the designated Videographer and crew in Morocco Casablanca in accordance with the schedule outlined in Section 5.
6.2 The Videographer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and shall comply with all applicable Moroccan laws, regulations, and municipal ordinances governing commercial filming in Morocco Casablanca. All necessary permits and licenses shall be secured prior to the commencement of any on-site work.
6.3 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Supplier. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Supplier. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law.
6.4 All intellectual property rights in the final delivered video content shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include the project in their professional portfolio, subject to the Buyer's written approval.
6.5 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting filming in Morocco Casablanca, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies, either party may request a schedule adjustment without penalty. Affected parties must provide written notice within 48 hours of the event.
6.6 Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
6.7 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. All communications related to this order shall be conducted in writing via email or registered mail to the addresses specified in Sections 1 and 2.
