This Purchase Order is issued to engage a professional Videographer and associated production crew for the filming, editing, and post-production of a corporate brand campaign to be executed in Pakistan Karachi. The Videographer shall be responsible for all aspects of on-site video capture, including but not limited to camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and preliminary editing. All production activities shall take place at locations within the metropolitan area of Pakistan Karachi, including Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and the Karachi Port Trust industrial zone.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Noor Media & Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. and FrameCraft Visuals upon written acceptance by both parties. The Videographer shall commence work only after receiving a signed copy of this Purchase Order.
2. All services described herein shall be performed by the Videographer and their designated crew at the specified locations within Pakistan Karachi. The Videographer is responsible for obtaining all necessary local permits, insurance, and safety clearances required by the Sindh Provincial Government and relevant municipal authorities in Pakistan Karachi.
3. Payment shall be made in two installments: 40% (PKR 701,392) upon signing of this Purchase Order, and 60% (PKR 1,052,088) within thirty (30) calendar days of final delivery and written acceptance of the completed video assets.
4. The Videographer warrants that all footage, edits, and deliverables shall be original work free from any third-party intellectual property claims. All music, stock footage, and licensed assets used in the final production shall be fully cleared and documented.
5. Full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the final video deliverables shall transfer to Al-Noor Media upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include the project in their professional portfolio, subject to a 90-day embargo period from the date of final delivery.
6. In the event of weather-related delays (monsoon conditions common in Pakistan Karachi during June–July), the Videographer shall notify the Buyer within four (4) hours, and the production schedule shall be adjusted by mutual written agreement without additional cost to either party.
7. The Videographer shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 10,000,000 for all personnel and equipment operating in Pakistan Karachi during the production period.
8. Any changes to scope, additional filming days, or revised deliverable specifications must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Unauthorized scope changes shall not be compensated under this Purchase Order.
9. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
10. The Videographer shall comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations when filming individuals in Pakistan Karachi, including obtaining written consent from all identifiable persons appearing in the footage.
