This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Media & Events LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Horizon Visual Productions FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier") for the engagement of a professional Videographer and associated production team to deliver comprehensive video production services within the jurisdiction of Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon countersignature by both parties and governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations related to the Videographer engagement.

The Buyer hereby requests the Supplier to deploy a certified Videographer along with a supporting crew of no fewer than four (4) technicians to execute the following video production services in and around Qatar Doha:

• Full-day coverage (10 hours per day) of the "Qatar Doha International Business Forum 2025" scheduled for 22–24 June 2025 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre (DECC), Doha, Qatar.
• Production of a 12-minute highlight reel and a 45-minute full-event documentary to be delivered in 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160) with professional colour grading.
• Drone aerial footage capture over the Doha Corniche and The Pearl-Qatar waterfront, subject to prior approval from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Interior, Doha.
• Live multi-camera streaming of the keynote sessions to the Buyer's corporate intranet and external broadcast partners.
• Post-production editing, sound mixing, subtitle generation (Arabic and English), and final delivery of all master files within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event conclusion.

The Videographer assigned to this Purchase Order must hold a valid Qatar Professional Visa, a current Qatar Press & Media Card issued by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in corporate event videography within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The Videographer must be fluent in both English and Arabic to facilitate on-site coordination with local stakeholders in Qatar Doha.

All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Qatar Doha unless otherwise stated. The total value of this Purchase Order is QAR 100,175.00 (One Hundred Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Qatari Riyals and Zero Qatari Dirhams).

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total Purchase Order value (QAR 40,070.00) shall be remitted via bank transfer within five (5) business days of countersignature of this Purchase Order.
• Progress Payment: 30% (QAR 30,052.50) shall be due upon completion of on-site filming and delivery of raw footage to the Buyer's project manager in Doha.
• Final Payment: The remaining 30% (QAR 30,052.50) shall be payable within ten (10) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of all final deliverables.
• All payments shall be made to the Supplier's designated bank account in Qatar Doha. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Videographer engagement in Qatar Doha shall be resolved through the Doha Commercial Courts, Doha, Qatar.
2. Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights, title, and interest in the finished video content, including but not limited to the highlight reel, documentary, and raw footage, shall vest exclusively in the Buyer. The Videographer and Supplier retain no ownership rights over the final deliverables.
3. Compliance: The Supplier and the assigned Videographer must comply with all Qatar Doha municipal regulations, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority drone regulations, and Qatar data protection laws. All filming permits must be secured prior to the commencement of production.
4. Insurance: The Supplier shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than QAR 5,000,000 and equipment insurance covering all cameras, drones, and accessories used in Qatar Doha for the duration of this Purchase Order.
5. Confidentiality: The Videographer and all crew members shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any restricted areas or viewing any confidential materials during the Qatar Doha International Business Forum.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in Qatar Doha, natural disasters, or pandemics.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of termination by the Buyer for convenience, the Supplier shall be compensated for all work completed and non-cancellable expenses incurred up to the termination date.
8. Warranty: The Supplier warrants that all deliverables shall be free from technical defects, copyright infringements, and shall conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. The Videographer guarantees that all footage shall be of broadcast quality.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the Videographer services to be performed in Qatar Doha. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon the date of the last signature.
