- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor upon signature by both parties. The Vendor, acting as the contracted Videographer, agrees to deliver all services in accordance with the specifications outlined herein.
- All filming activities shall take place exclusively within the jurisdiction of Spain Barcelona. The Videographer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all municipal permits, noise authorisations, and public space usage licences required by the local authorities of Barcelona, Spain.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Videographer. A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery of all video assets.
- The Videographer shall provide a detailed shooting schedule no later than ten (10) business days prior to the first filming date. All locations in Spain Barcelona must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer at least five (5) business days in advance.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in Spain Barcelona, the Videographer shall notify the Buyer within four (4) hours and propose an alternative date within the same production window. No additional charges shall apply for weather-related rescheduling.
- All intellectual property rights in the final video deliverables shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include the project in their professional portfolio, subject to the Buyer's written approval.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- The Videographer must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 for all activities conducted in Spain Barcelona. A certificate of insurance must be provided prior to the commencement of filming.
