This Purchase Order is formally issued by Alborz Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. to engage the services of a qualified Web Designer operating out of Iran Tehran. The purpose of this Purchase Order is to commission the design, development, and deployment of a fully responsive corporate website, an e-commerce platform, and a mobile application interface for the buyer's retail division. All design work, code implementation, user experience (UX) research, and visual asset creation shall be performed by the designated Web Designer at the project office located in the Tehran metropolitan area, Iran.

The Web Designer is expected to adhere to the latest international web design standards (WCAG 2.1, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks) while also incorporating culturally appropriate visual elements that resonate with the Iranian consumer base in Tehran. The Purchase Order further stipulates that all deliverables must be localized in both Persian (Farsi) and English to serve the dual-language market of Iran Tehran.

All prices are quoted in Iranian Rials (IRR) and are inclusive of applicable value-added tax (VAT) as mandated by the Iranian tax authority. The Web Designer shall provide a detailed tax invoice (Fatura) upon completion of each milestone.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Tehran, Iran.
2. The Web Designer warrants that all design assets, code, and intellectual property delivered under this Purchase Order shall be original and free from any third-party claims. The Web Designer shall indemnify the buyer against any infringement claims.
3. All project meetings, reviews, and on-site inspections shall take place at the buyer's headquarters in Tehran, Iran, or at the Web Designer's studio in Tehran, as mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. The Web Designer shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the buyer's proprietary data, customer information, and business strategies. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is attached as Annex A to this Purchase Order.
5. Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. No additional work shall be performed without written authorization.
6. The Web Designer is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables comply with the data protection and cybersecurity regulations enforced by the Iranian Ministry of Information and Communications Technology.
7. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Web Designer's designated account in Tehran, Iran. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated by Iranian commercial law.
8. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all milestones are completed and final payment is settled.
