This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Digital Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Creative Pixel Web Design Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") for the procurement of professional Web Designer services. The Seller shall provide a qualified and experienced Web Designer to execute the design, development, and deployment of a corporate website and associated digital assets for the Buyer. All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed in Qatar Doha, and the Web Designer assigned to this project shall be physically present at the Buyer's office located in Doha, Qatar, during the agreed working hours unless otherwise specified in writing.

The Web Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in web design, front-end and back-end development, responsive design, and user experience (UX) architecture. The Web Designer must hold a valid Qatar work permit and be legally authorized to perform professional services within the State of Qatar. The Seller warrants that the Web Designer shall comply with all applicable Qatar Doha municipal regulations, data protection laws, and the Qatar Cybercrime Law (Law No. 14 of 2014) throughout the duration of this engagement.

Payment under this Purchase Order shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Qatar Doha. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (QAR 46,402.50): Due within ten (10) business days of the Buyer's written acceptance of this Purchase Order.
• 40% Milestone Payment (QAR 61,870.00): Due upon Buyer's written approval of the completed UI Design and Front-End Development phases.
• 30% Final Payment (QAR 46,402.50): Due within fifteen (15) business days following successful deployment, final QA sign-off, and delivery of all source files and documentation.

Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Qatar commercial law. The Seller shall issue a valid tax invoice to the Buyer in Doha, Qatar, prior to each payment due date.

The Web Designer shall commence work no later than 1 July 2025 and shall complete all deliverables by 30 September 2025. All on-site meetings, design reviews, and client presentations shall take place at the Buyer's premises in Doha, Qatar, or at mutually agreed locations within the Doha metropolitan area. The Web Designer is expected to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Qatar Standard Time), with Friday and Saturday as non-working days in accordance with Qatar Doha labor regulations.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
2. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all work product, source code, design files, and documentation created by the Web Designer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Buyer. The Seller retains no rights to reuse, reproduce, or distribute any deliverables without prior written consent.
3. Confidentiality: The Web Designer and the Seller shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data of the Buyer. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Purchase Order for a period of three (3) years.
4. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. The Seller shall deliver all work-in-progress files to the Buyer within seven (7) days of termination.
5. Warranty: The Seller warrants that the Web Designer's work shall be free from material defects for a period of ninety (90) days following final deployment. The Seller shall rectify any defects at no additional cost to the Buyer.
6. Compliance: The Seller and the Web Designer shall comply with all Qatar Doha regulations, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law, Qatar Data Protection Law, and Qatar Cybercrime Law. The Seller shall maintain all necessary insurance coverage for the duration of this Purchase Order.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha.

This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties. By signing below, the Buyer authorizes the procurement of the Web Designer services described herein, and the Seller accepts the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for performance in Qatar Doha.
