Scope of Work – Web Designer Services

This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd. to engage Creative Pixel Studio Pte. Ltd., a certified Web Designer firm operating in Singapore Singapore, to deliver a comprehensive suite of web design and development services. The Web Designer shall be responsible for the complete redesign of our corporate website, including user experience architecture, responsive front-end development, content management system integration, and ongoing maintenance support. All deliverables must comply with the standards set forth by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore Singapore and adhere to local data protection regulations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Payment Terms

All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the Web Designer's designated account. Payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of front-end development (Milestone 2), and 30% upon final acceptance and deployment. The monthly maintenance retainer shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month and payable within 30 days. Late payments shall attract interest at 2% per month as stipulated under the Singapore Singapore Interest Act.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Purchase Order is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
2. The Web Designer warrants that all deliverables shall be original work, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall comply with all applicable Singapore Singapore regulations including the Copyright Act and the PDPA.
3. The Web Designer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 1,000,000 throughout the duration of this engagement.
4. All source code, design assets, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Meridian Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd. upon full payment.
5. The Web Designer shall provide weekly progress reports and shall attend bi-weekly review meetings at the Singapore Singapore office or via video conference.
6. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Web Designer shall be compensated for work completed up to the termination date.
7. The Web Designer shall ensure that all hosting infrastructure is located within Singapore Singapore data centres to comply with local data residency requirements.
8. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 days of the issue date. Failure to accept within this period shall render this document null and void.
9. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department at Meridian Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore Singapore.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Web Designer in Singapore Singapore.
