This Purchase Order is issued by Mzansi Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd to engage the services of Creative Pixel Web Design Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in South Africa Johannesburg, for the comprehensive redesign and development of our corporate digital presence. The Web Designer shall deliver all services in accordance with the specifications outlined below and in compliance with all applicable South African legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Consumer Protection Act.

Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Mzansi Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd and the appointed Web Designer upon written acceptance by both parties. The Web Designer must return a signed copy of this Purchase Order within five (5) business days of receipt to confirm acceptance of all terms.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be performed by the Web Designer at the buyer's premises located in South Africa Johannesburg, or remotely as mutually agreed in writing. The Web Designer shall comply with all site safety and access protocols at the Sandton office.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) instalments: 30% upon signing of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of development and successful user acceptance testing, and 30% upon final deployment and handover. All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer to the Web Designer's designated bank account in South Africa Johannesburg.
- The Web Designer warrants that all deliverables shall be original work, free from intellectual property infringement, and shall comply with the South African Copyright Act 98 of 1978. All source code, design files, and documentation shall be transferred to the buyer upon final payment.
- The Web Designer shall maintain full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013 throughout the project lifecycle. Any personal data processed during the Web Designer's engagement in South Africa Johannesburg shall be handled in strict accordance with POPIA regulations.
- Any changes to the scope of work outlined in this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Web Designer shall not commence any additional work without prior written authorisation from the buyer's Procurement Manager.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Johannesburg, South Africa. Should mediation fail, the matter shall be referred to the South African courts of competent jurisdiction in the Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Web Designer acknowledges that all work performed under this Purchase Order is subject to South African labour, tax, and commercial regulations applicable in South Africa Johannesburg.
